Innovation as a driving force AFE Cronite Technologies accompanies technological developments in the heat treatment and incineration fields through its continual efforts to develop new materials and new products. Over 4% of turnover is reinvested in R&D. Modern design assistance methods enable achieving continuous improvements; these include CAD/CAM software at interconnected plants, Materials Resistance calculation modules, a creep tester (quenching), and joint research and testing protocols conducted with customers. An international team of experts Thanks to an international team of 20 designers located in 6 countries (France, Germany, UK, USA, Scandinavia and Japan) AFE Cronite Technologies is continuously working to optimise customer solutions. Cross-disciplinary technical and sales relationships established among the French, English, German, and American facilities also make it possible to provide identical design and quality characteristics on the European, American, and Asian continents as well as perfectly optimised products for each specific requirement. ______________ As European leader in bodywork components made of steel, AFE M??tal relies on: - experience of over 70 years in designing and producing highly resistant cast components (weighing from several grams up to 12 metric tonnes); - an international network of efficient and complementary production facilities that have a total capacity of 60,000 tonnes/year. (5 production plants specialised in making components of different dimensions using varied processes, including one in Mexico and one in Slovakia); - cross-disciplinary and multiple plant teams capable of offering optimised cost-effective technical solutions for every type of industrial customer worldwide. A vast network of skills at your service The AFE M??tal teams cooperate as functional international networks (Europe, the US, and Asia) by associating the sales and technical functions of the involved plant(s) alongside those of the customer to find the best solutions for each type of application.
